We re seeking a seasoned, hands-on culinary leader with strong kitchen management experience and an owners mindset someone who thrives on building teams, driving creativity, and operating a kitchen as if it were their own business.

Hospitality Alliance operates multiple acclaimed concepts across Dallas, Addison and Richardson, with a strong presence in event programming, catering, and daily restaurant operations.

Our portfolio includes:

• Victory Social Eatery and 1519 Main in Dallas
  

• Park Bistro at Galatyn Commons in Richardson
  

What we re looking for:

• Strong leadership in both day-to-day operations and long-term planning
  

• Proven success with catering and large-scale food execution
  

• A creative yet disciplined approach to menu development and costing
  

• Ability to train, inspire, and develop a culinary team
  

• A drive to run the kitchen with accountability, efficiency, and pride
