What You ll Do:

- Lead daily kitchen operations with precision, consistency, and creativity

- Work closely with ownership and leadership on menu development and seasonal changes

- Mentor and develop a strong, motivated kitchen team

- Uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness

- Manage ordering, inventory, food cost, and labor efficiency


What We re Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high-caliber restaurant

- Strong leadership skills with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset

- Deep respect for Mediterranean flavors, techniques, and ingredients
