We are seeking an individual skilled in building and creating dishes directly in the pan—someone who appreciates the artistry of balancing flavors, timing, and presentation using only high-quality, fresh ingredients.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing and executing sauté station dishes with precision and consistency.
Utilizing reduction sauces and pan techniques to craft flavorful, restaurant-quality plates.
Maintaining a clean and organized workstation in accordance with food safety standards.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and consistent quality.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-end or fast-paced restaurant kitchen.
Strong knowledge of sauté methods, flavor building, and à la minute cooking.
