Bars And More Hospitality Staffing is looking for experienced, dependable Chefs to join our growing hospitality team. We provide staffing for weddings, private parties, corporate events, festivals, catering events, and other special occasions throughout the Kansas City area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to event menus and client requirements
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and taste
• Prepare ingredients and manage food preparation efficiently
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
• Manage kitchen operations during assigned events
• Coordinate with servers, event staff, and event management
• Keep kitchen and work areas clean and organized
• Assist with setup and breakdown as needed
• Properly store and handle food and equipment
• Work efficiently in fast-paced event environments

Qualifications

• Previous professional chef or cook experience required
• Catering or event experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable transportation to assigned events
• Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
