Can you guide a team and run an efficient kitchen while also supporting your staff and mentoring the future you? Are you looking for an opportunity to have a say in the business and potential ownership opportunity?

I have the pleasure of working with a lovely Restaurant here in Central Florida.  They are searching for someone who is not looking for a job, but who is looking to use his or her passion and talent and create memorable meals in a fine dining establishment.  The future plans for this restaurant are bright and they are looking for that perfect fit to take them there.

This is not a crazy 80 hour a week job. You will work 5 days per week in a family type environment. You will be given the keys to the kitchen and the ability to shine, be creative, and be a leader!

There are benefits, paid time off, and a beautiful location, as well as the opportunity to benefit from the growth and participate in the ownership.

You must have culinary experience.  A four year degree is preferred, as well as a passion that only few understand and the willingness to be a teacher and share your gift and vision.
