Chef / Kitchen Manager

Circa '21 is currently seeking a Kitchen Manager/ Chef who will oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen and be able to manage, lead, motivate and develop the team.

Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of management experience, 3+ years of menu planning, a passion for the culinary arts, an understanding of dietary restrictions, and the drive to handle a fast-paced environment. Banquet experience very helpful.

You would:

-Carry out supervisory responsibilities

-Be responsible for creating a new set menu every 9 weeks for a banquet style environment.

-Collaborate with Operations Manager regarding staff, menu, and day-to-day operations.

Perks:

-No late nights! Our kitchen staff is generally done by 7:30pm!

-4 to 5-day work weeks! With the exception of added on performances and special concerts (fun!)
