Role Overview:
Sodexo is seeking a Chef Manager to support culinary operations at Pembrook Hill School Dining.  This role requires strong culinary expertise, operational excellence, and a commitment to Sodexo's values of service, quality, and innovation. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. Joining us at one of our school sites means fostering healthy learning environments and positively influencing the students’ well-being and performance.
What You'll Do:
  • Supervise, train, coach, and develop culinary staff.
    Foster a positive, inclusive, and service-oriented work environment.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented according to established recipes, standards, and customer expectations.
  • Ensure proper food storage, handling, and inventory management practices.
  • Monitor food and labor costs while maintaining quality standards.
    Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety regulations.
