Sodexo is seeking a Chef Manager for Jackson South Medical Center located in Miami, FL. Jackson South Medical Center offers a full spectrum of services and is staffed by nationally respected, board-certified physicians and healthcare professionals who practice a wide array of specialties and subspecialties. The hospital offers private rooms, an expanded emergency department, new operating room suites with state-of-the-art technology, and more. 

What You'll Do

  • Monitor all HACCP and Sanitation processes and Ecosure Readiness
  • Manager of the FMS food platform
  • Provides direction for all culinary employees to ensure customer satisfaction and retention for the Company.
  • Directs daily operations of retail and patient culinary services at units to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory, and resources to perform their jobs and meet goals and deadlines.
  • Supervises day-to-day work activities by delegating authority, assigning, scheduling, and prioritizing activities, and monitoring operating standards.
