As an Appetizer Station Chef, youll be a vital part of the guest experience, ensuring every bite is beautifully prepared and served with hospitality. Your role is key to maintaining a refined and welcoming culinary atmosphere.
What You'll Do
As a Chef at the Appetizer Station, you will be responsible for:
Greeting and engaging guests with professionalism and warmth at your station
Prepping, plating, and presenting gourmet macaroni and cheese action station
Maintaining a clean, organized, and beautifully stocked station throughout the evening
Answering basic guest questions about the appetizer offerings with enthusiasm
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous line cook, catering, or culinary experience, preferably in fine dining or upscale events
- Strong food presentation skills and attention to culinary detail
- A polished, professional, and personable demeanor
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient in a fast-paced setting
- Dress Code: Black slacks, black dress shirt, black non-slip dress/work shoes
- Food Handlers Card: Must be current, valid, and in possession during the event
