Before clocking out, you verify quality checkpoints, complete batch records, and reset the area so the next shift starts strong.
What You’ll Do
- Execute batch formulation by preparing, weighing, and mixing raw materials to exact specifications and procedures.
- Perform in-process and final quality checks to confirm consistency and alignment with product specs.
- Document every run: formulations, batch numbers, measurements, and processing details with accuracy.
- Collaborate with R&D to test new formulas and optimize existing ones.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe mixing/blending environment.
- Follow all safety practices and regulatory requirements throughout production.
- Troubleshoot process deviations and assist in resolving production issues.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; related technical training/certification is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in formulation, mixing, or blending within a manufacturing setting.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
- Basic knowledge of chemical properties and safety protocols.
- Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Capability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime when required.
