- Do you enjoy hands‑on work—charging raw materials, operating mixers, and seeing a batch through to approval?

What you’ll handle
- Stage ingredients and manually add them to mixing vessels per batch ticket.
- Operate and monitor high‑speed dispersers and other processing/handling equipment.
- Track parameters and adjust under Quality Control guidance until approved.
- Follow the daily manufacturing schedule; flag issues and improvements to the Supervisor.
- Maintain housekeeping to standard; immediately report spills or hazards to your supervisor or safety.
- Uphold all PPE standards throughout the shift.
What you’ll bring
- Basic math proficiency and ability to read digital scales.
- Experience operating high‑speed dispersers and material handling equipment.
- Ability to read and comprehend English.
- Strength to lift 50–60 lbs.
- Chemical manufacturing background preferred.
Schedule, pay, and bonus
- Hours: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 5:00 am–2:30 pm
- Starting rate: $21.00/hour. Actual hourly compensation may vary within the expected range based on relevant experience/skills, time in role, business unit, and geography.
- Incentive: 2025 productivity plan—eligible employees can earn up to $1,520 per year, paid quarterly.
