Compensation: $21–$24 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
At 8:00 AM, you review the day’s batch records and stage specialty raw materials. By mid-morning, you’re running the blend system, dialing in settings to match precise formulas and documenting each step. After lunch, you’re checking viscosity and appearance to verify the blend meets spec, then helping the lead maker pour down finished product into smaller containers and labeling them accurately. Throughout the day, you keep your work area clean, follow safety protocols, and partner with teammates to troubleshoot and fine-tune the process for efficiency and quality.
Moderate physical activity with frequent lifting up to 55 pounds. Appropriate PPE, up to and including a respirator depending on materials, is required.
