Job Description Chemical Compounder – Adhesives Production About Meridian Adhesives Group We are a full‑service, global adhesives provider serving electronics, industrial, and infrastructure applications. Role snapshot Location: Billerica, MASchedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:30 A.M.–4:00 P.M.Compensation: $22.00–$26.00/hour depending on skills, experience, time in role, business line, and locationIncentive: 2025 plan focused on safety, quality, and financials; up to $1,520/year for eligible employees, paid quarterlyYour impact Blend adhesive batches by strictly following work instructions to meet product specifications. Stage, weigh, and charge raw materials into mixing equipment. Operate high‑speed dispersers; monitor and control process instruments. Partner with Quality Control to adjust materials or process settings until approval is achieved. Execute the production schedule and communicate opportunities or issues to the Supervisor. Maintain housekeeping and promptly report spills or hazards. Adhere to all PPE and safety standards. Perform additional related tasks as needed. Qualifications Basic math for measurements, scaling, and conversions. Experience with high‑speed dispersers and material‑handling equipment. Ability to read and use digital scales and related instrumentation. Chemical manufacturing experience preferred. Physical demands Extended periods of sitting and standing. Lift and move 50–60 pounds.
