We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Compounder to join our manufacturing team in Dracut, MA. This temp-to-permanent opportunity offers steady first-shift hours and the chance to grow with a reputable organization. The Compounder will be responsible for accurately preparing chemical batches while following all safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret work orders, batch sheets, and formulas accurately
Weigh and measure chemicals to prepare batches according to specifications
Operate mixers and related equipment as needed
Follow all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and quality procedures
Work collaboratively with Machine Operators and production staff
Lift and/or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Basic math skills for measuring and weighing materials
Must be able to complete respirator training prior to starting
Must pass a drug screen and background check
No Beards/Facial hair.
Physical & Safety Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
