Our team brings together decades of technical expertise in formulation science, materials engineering, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Weigh, measure, and blend raw materials according to approved manufacturing formulas and batch instructions
• Oversee compounding operations to help ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to production standards
• Read and interpret process flow documentation while identifying potential issues or inconsistencies during production
• Operate and support the maintenance of manufacturing equipment including mixers, kettles, pumps, and related processing systems
• Clean and sanitize manufacturing equipment and work areas before and after production runs
• Follow all applicable safety procedures, PPE requirements, and GMP manufacturing standards
• Maintain accurate batch records, production logs, adjustments, and quality documentation in a timely manner
• Support additional production and operational activities as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn processes and procedures quickly
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Experience managing workflows, inventory, or operational processes is a plus
• Team-oriented, coachable, dependable, and comfortable both giving and receiving constructive feedback

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range: $45,000–$55,000 depending on experience
• Annual performance bonus opportunity (up to 10%)
