Chemical Laboratory Technician - 2nd Shift

Laboratory Technician role open Monday - Friday on 2nd shift (4:00pm - 12:30am) in Piedmont to support laboratory testing and chemical/wastewater monitoring within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on wet chemistry analysis, metal testing, and sample collection while supporting safe, compliant production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform wet chemical analysis of process solutions
• Collect and analyze production and rinse water samples
• Conduct metal analysis using laboratory instrumentation
• Monitor wastewater pretreatment during assigned shift
• Maintain accurate lab records and documentation
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of laboratory experience
• Manufacturing lab experience strongly preferred
• Plating, coating, or metal finishing experience a plus
• Comfortable working in both lab and production environments
