Chemical Mixer / Production Operator

Job Description

We are hiring a Chemical Mixer / Production Operator to support our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating mixing, blending, filling, and packaging equipment while safely producing products that meet quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical processing, mixing, blending, and packaging equipment
• Follow batch sheets, SOPs, and production instructions
• Monitor product quality and process conditions
• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and routine maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and make basic mechanical adjustments as needed
• Complete batch records and production documentation accurately
• Handle raw materials and finished products safely
• Maintain GMP, safety, and housekeeping standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, chemical processing, food production, or a related environment
• Mechanical aptitude and experience working with industrial equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform basic mechanical adjustments
• Experience with mixing, blending, batch processing, or chemical manufacturing preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greensboro, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
