Personnel Resources has a client with an immediate opening for a Chemical Operator in Ariton, AL.
Pay will start at $15.00 per hour and you will work rotating shifts of Monday-Sunday 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.
Duties:
- Operate chemical processing equipment according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor and control process variables such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and pH.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform quality control checks on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Document all production activities accurately and maintain batch records.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished products.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Proficient in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts for materials handling.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
