Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing facility that operates on a rotating swing shift schedule. Once trained, the Chemical Operator will typically work day shifts from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an additional half-day shift on Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Night shifts generally run from Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by Monday to Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. The schedule swings between days and nights on a quarterly basis, and the expected workload is approximately 40-44 hours per week. The environment is structured around strict quality and safety standards, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment and adherence to GMP and other regulatory requirements. The culture emphasizes stability, cross-training, and promotion from within, offering opportunities to learn new skills and advance. Work is primarily performed on the production floor with standard chemical manufacturing equipment and processes, requiring consistent attention to safety procedures and compliance guidelines.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
