Pay Rate: $16.00 – $24.00/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | 40–45 hrs/week | Saturdays as needed (rare)

Experienced Candidates

- Have 2+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, plant operations, or distribution
- Have experience handling materials, production execution, or shipping/receiving
- Are familiar with SAP or similar systems
- Have worked in environments focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily production plans using systems such as SAP
- Perform production, packaging, shipping, and receiving tasks
- Load/unload tankers, railcars, totes, drums, and pails
- Operate forklifts safely and follow all dock safety procedures
- Conduct quality control checks and follow QA/lab procedures
- Prepare and ship customer orders in compliance with DOT regulations
- Receive raw materials and maintain accurate inventory documentation
- Participate in safety programs, EHS initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
- Support inventory counts, housekeeping, and maintenance reporting
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of related experience preferred (not required for entry-level candidates)
- Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a team environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, and work in indoor/outdoor conditions
- Exposure to chemicals, heat, noise, and industrial equipment
- Must wear PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, etc.)
