Experienced Candidates

Have 2+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, plant operations, or distribution
Have experience handling materials, production execution, or shipping/receiving
Are familiar with SAP or similar systems
Have worked in environments focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
Execute daily production plans using systems such as SAP
Perform production, packaging, shipping, and receiving tasks
Load/unload tankers, railcars, totes, drums, and pails
Operate forklifts safely and follow all dock safety procedures
Conduct quality control checks and follow QA/lab procedures
Prepare and ship customer orders in compliance with DOT regulations
Receive raw materials and maintain accurate inventory documentation
Participate in safety programs, EHS initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
Support inventory counts, housekeeping, and maintenance reporting
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of related experience preferred (not required for entry-level candidates)
Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a team environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, climb, and work in indoor/outdoor conditions
Exposure to chemicals, heat, noise, and industrial equipment
Must wear PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, etc.)
Additional Notes
Hands-on role involving chemical transfer, shipping/receiving, and packaging (non-hazardous packaging)
