YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience working in chemical manufacturing operations, with a strong understanding of chemical process operations and safety protocols.
  • Knowledge of operating and maintaining chemical processing equipment and instrumentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret process control diagrams, safety data sheets, and standard operating procedures.
  • Experience with process monitoring systems and troubleshooting techniques to maintain optimal plant performance.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements related to chemical manufacturing.

WE VALUE

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in chemical operations or process technology are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in chemical plant operations or a related industrial environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Basic knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and environmental regulations.
