Chemical Operator job description :
+ Induct, load, and unload piece parts.
+ Maintain and add prescribed chemistry as required.
+ Clean electrical contacts as required.
+ Perform chemical dumps.
+ Maintain tank levels and temperatures as required.
+ Record daily pressure readings for hoods and scrubber mesh pads per EPA directives.
+ Setup, use, and ensure proper calibration of precision measuring equipment, such as calipers and micrometers.
+ Read/interpret blueprints to ensure quality products.
+ Perform all maintenance on conveyor system: filter system, pumping system, hydraulic system, and tanks.
+ Maintain spare parts and tooling inventory.
+ Ensure proper makeup of tank chemistry.
+ Adjust recipes to salvage undersized materials.
+ Must have 1 year of manufacturing experience.
+ Must be able to read blueprints.

Additional information :
+ Starting pay rate: $20.90/hour + $1.00 night shift premium
+ Night Shift: M-TH, 8:00pm -6:00am
+ Successful candidates must be able to work overtime when required including weekends.

Summary Pay Range:
$20.90 - $27.10
