Overview
We are seeking Chemical Operators to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role working directly with chemical processes, equipment, and materials, with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and operational efficiency.
This opportunity offers long-term stability with the potential to transition into a full-time operator role.
Key Responsibilities
Perform batch processing activities including milling, blending, mulling, and spheroidizing
Load finished chemical products into drums and sacks
Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks
Complete daily production documentation accurately
Monitor processes and report any safety concerns or operational issues
Support team members across production and operational activities as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Experience in chemical, assembly, or production settings preferred
Basic computer skills; SAP experience is a plus
Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
Work Environment & Requirements
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production setting
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and overtime
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
Comfortable working in varying environments including heights and confined spaces
Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including face mask/shield when needed
Facial hair policy applies on-site
