Job Title: Chemical Operator
Job Description
The Chemical Operator is responsible for following specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and formulas to run chemical batching equipment. This role involves gathering raw materials, making correct measurements, and running the appropriate chemical processes. The operator will also be responsible for storing finished goods, organizing and storing raw materials, and managing shipments of finished products. Additionally, the role includes working with customers on orders and coordinating with vendors to order raw materials. Electronic systems such as Excel and DataCore are used to track raw materials, inventory, finished good inventory, and production data.

Work Environment
This role is set in a chemical manufacturing environment and a chemistry/materials science lab. 90% of the time will be spent in the chemical compounding area. The position operates on a first shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30/4:30 pm, with the possibility of working up to 45 hours if additional work is required. You will work closely with one other team member who has been in the role for about 3 to 4 years. The work environment is typical of a Wisconsin blue-collar setting, with a focus on teamwork and dedication.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
