    This role is based in Wilmington, DE (onsite, 2nd shift). Be part of a collaborative, safety‑focused, and results‑driven team where together we can achieve greatness and make a real impact. Your potential is our inspiration.

    Where You'll Make a Difference

    • Pre‑weigh production batches accurately by following shop floor instructions and process orders

    • Verify materials and quantities to ensure compliance with production and quality standards

    • Complete timely backflushing of materials to maintain inventory accuracy in SAP

    • Operate electric and/or gas sit‑down forklifts and electric reach trucks as required

    • Maintain high standards of GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and workplace safety

    • Push/pull drums up to 400 lbs and lift bags up to 50 lbs using proper techniques

    • Work independently during off‑shift hours and respond effectively to unexpected situations

    • Participate actively in cross‑training to support team flexibility and coverage

    What Makes You the Right Fit

    • High school diploma or GED required

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑based manufacturing environment

    • Comfortable working occasional weekends or alternative schedules as needed

    • Ability to accurately weigh ingredients using floor scales, flow meters, and load cells

    • Proficiency with basic computer systems and navigating multiple software applications

    • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and inventory control

    • Forklift or industrial truck certification, or ability to obtain certification

    How Would You Stand Out?

    • Prior experience in a pre‑weigh or batch‑making role

    • Hands‑on experience working with SAP in a manufacturing environment

    • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and efficiencies
