TriStarr Talent is looking for hands-on Chemical or Process Engineers to support ongoing projects. This role blends engineering analysis, plant operations, troubleshooting, equipment installation, and process improvement.

What You’ll Do
\n
\n
Support engineering activities across multiple ongoing projects.
\n
Operate chemical pilot plants as part of a collaborative shift team.
\n
Work closely with operators to collect process data and produce hydrocarbon and chemical products.
\n
Compile and analyze operating data, prepare mass balances, and generate technical reports.
\n
Monitor pilot plant performance and troubleshoot process or equipment issues.
\n
Assist with equipment installation, maintenance, turnaround activities, and unit cleanup.
\n
Prepare samples and support testing and analysis.
\n
Help develop operating procedures, safety documentation, and work instructions.
\n
Work with pumps, heat tracing, drum heaters, high-temperature oils, piping systems, and chemicals.
\n
Support or supervise pilot plant operations based on project needs and experience.
