Does that sound like you?\n \nAbout the job \n \nThe chemical Processor performs various tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor or the First Class Operator to assist in plant operations.\n \nIn your future role as "Chemical Processor" you will\n\n Cleans various areas of the plant as directed by the Production Supervisor.\n Maintains log book, instruction book, safety check sheets, and round sheets to inform supervision on all routine and non-routine communications for safe and efficient operations.\n Trains as relief operator and relieves Second Class operator when directed by Production supervisor. Completes required training as planned on the ATP.\n Completes necessary process control sampling and analysis.\n Follows all safety rules, procedures, and practices for safety of other Operators, maintenance personnel, and contractors.\n Assists with handling of raw materials and water treatment chemicals.\n Participates in the development of the AOP and completes improvement projects on the plans.\n Responsible for raw materials receipt, inventory and security. \n Observes site for potential intruders, trespassers, or other non-authorized person; reporting suspicious items, persons or activities.\n \nWe believe you bring\n\n High School Diploma\n \nGreat if you have\n\n* Plant operations experience\n \nHave we got your interest?\n \nThis is an on-site permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to Area Superintendent and based in Axis, AL. \n \nPlease apply via our online recruitment system.
