We are seeking a qualified Chemical and Dish machine Service Technician who will be responsible for providing quality service in a courteous, respectful, and safe manner which aligns with our On-Board Values.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage their given territory with exceptional service to customer accounts.
- Install and maintain chemical dispensers at restaurants, laundry, grocery and health care facilities.
- Install and maintain dish machines from under the counter to conveyor units at restaurants, grocery and health care facilities.
- Conduct routine and thorough preventative maintenance visits at customer accounts to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Respond to and resolve emergency service calls during business hours (after hours/weekends when on call).
- Create and maintain positive relationships with key individuals (customers, territory sales reps, suppliers, and co-workers).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Warewash, laundry, or similar experience are a plus.
- Valid state driver license with clean driving record.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work schedule may include nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours with the possibility of mandatory overtime and on-call status.
- Regular attendance is necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, or carry; reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance or stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Frequently required to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Constant use of hand truck to lift, move and place items.
- Must be able to safely tolerate heat or other inclement weather.
- Ability to use power tools as needed.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear; read and identify numbers for accurate order filling and receiving of material. Apply sound reasoning and logic performing daily tasks
