Responsibilities include evaluating laboratory workflows and production to identify trends, and developing corrective or improvement actions.
Analyze test results, calibrator performance, and control values to detect significant trends, then recommend and implement corrective measures to maintain result integrity.
Participate in resolving technical issues efficiently and accurately within assigned areas of responsibility.
Provide testing support, technical assistance, and investigative help, responding to management tasks while complying with laws, regulations, and policies.
