Lab Supervisor - Chem/Hem Location:
Near Charlotte, NC
Type:
Full-time and permanent
Responsibilities:
Manage laboratory operations in a defined clinical testing discipline
Optimize resources, financial performance, growth, safety, teammate engagement, and quality
Collaborate with internal laboratory leaders and business partners
Align with corporate strategies, initiatives, processes, and procedures
Requirements:
College degree
ASCP certification
Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting, including leadership
Pay:
$41-$61/hr
