Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Previous RF scanning experience required.
• Cherry Picker and Reach equipment experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with electronics and consumer technology products.
• Must successfully complete a lab drug screening prior to starting, with results received before start date.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to safely operate Cherry Picker and Reach equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform general labor duties, including picking, packing, palletizing, and kitting.
• Comfortable standing, moving, and handling product for extended periods in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Available for mandatory overtime, including Saturdays as needed.

Job Duties

• Operate Cherry Picker and Reach equipment to support daily warehouse operations.
• Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory and complete assigned tasks.
• Pick, pack, and palletize shipments, applying labels as required.
• Perform kitting and other general warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work with electronics and Google products, following proper handling procedures.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies at all times.

What You Will Do

As a Cherry Picker and Reach Operator you will operate cherry picker equipment to retrieve, transport, stage, and store inventory throughout warehouse operations. You will perform equipment inspections, use RF scanners to verify inventory, replenish storage locations, prepare customer orders, maintain accurate inventory records, and support safe, efficient warehouse operations while following established procedures.

The Cherry Picker and Reach Operator plays an important role in warehouse and fulfillment operations by operating elevated equipment to support inventory storage and order fulfillment. This position requires attention to detail, safe operating practices, and confidence working at height.

Successful Cherry Picker and Reach Operator candidates understand warehouse workflows, inventory procedures, and equipment operation while supporting efficient daily warehouse operations. Consistent performance contributes directly to customer satisfaction.
