Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate to join our growing warehouse team. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, moving, and picking products while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity standards. Candidates with cherry picker experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Responsibilities
- Unload palletized and floor-loaded inbound containers.
- Accurately receive and label products using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and handheld RF scanners.
- Safely move products to inventory locations using forklift equipment and RF technology.
- Replenish picking locations from reserve inventory while meeting productivity standards.
- Pick, label, and prepare products for outbound orders using RF or voice-directed systems.
- Transport products to staging lanes and conveyor induct stations.
- Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Immediately report damaged products or equipment concerns to management.
- Meet established productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures and communicate potential hazards.
Qualifications
- Proven forklift operating experience required.
- Cherry picker experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with RF scanners, WMS systems, and inventory processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
