Wood Personnel is currently hiring experienced Cherry Picker / Order Pickers for a distribution facility in Antioch, TN. If you have recent experience operating Cherry Pickers or Order Picking we want to hear from you. These are temp-to-hire positions with immediate openings.
Cherry Picker / Order Picker Shift and Compensation:
$19.00 per hour
Overtime opportunities available
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 10am – 7pm
Cherry Picker / Order Picker Skills and Qualifications:
Must have at least 6 months of verifiable experience operating a Cherry Picker within the last 3 years
Experience working in distribution environments preferred
Ability to safely operate lift equipment in a fast-paced environment
Onsite interview required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Cherry Picker / Order Picker Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate Cherry Pickers
Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
Moving materials throughout the warehouse
Picking and staging orders
Receiving and storing inventory
Supplying production or shipping areas with materials
Performing routine equipment inspections before each shift
Following all OSHA and company safety guidelines
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
