We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded Cherry Picker Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will operate a cherry picker (order picker forklift) to retrieve and stock inventory at varying heights, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate cherry picker/order picker equipment to pick, stage, and stock products
Safely work at heights (up to [X] feet) using proper fall protection equipment
Accurately pull orders using RF scanners or pick lists
Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
Load/unload materials and assist with general warehouse duties
Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

Previous experience operating a cherry picker, order picker, or stand-up forklift required/preferred
Equipment certification (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable working at heights
Ability to lift up to [40–50 lbs] consistently
Basic computer/RF scanner skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
