We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Picker/Packer with cherry picker experience to join our team in Olathe, KS. Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Position Summary:

As a Warehouse Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for picking and packing products accurately based on orders, using a cherry picker to retrieve items from high storage areas. Your attention to detail, safety awareness, and efficiency are key to the success of this role.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:

• Operate a cherry picker forklift to access high storage locations.
• Pick products accurately from inventory based on order requirements.
• Pack and label orders for shipment.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Follow all warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist with other general warehouse tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Must have cherry picker forklift experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.

Skills Required:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires frequent lifting, bending, and use of warehouse equipment, including operating a cherry picker. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Internal and External Interaction:

This position requires regular interaction with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
