Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cherry Picker Operator to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for safely operating a Cherry Picker/Order Picker to locate, pick, and move products throughout the warehouse while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Cherry Picker/Order Picker in a warehouse environment.

• Pick products from warehouse locations according to orders.

• Use an RF scanner to locate and confirm products.

• Verify product numbers, quantities, and locations.

• Move materials safely throughout the warehouse.

• Properly stage picked products for packing or shipment.

• Maintain accurate picking information.

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards.

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous Cherry Picker/Order Picker experience required.

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.

• Experience using RF scanners preferred.

• Ability to accurately pick and handle products.

• Ability to work safely at various warehouse heights.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Positive attitude and willingness to follow safety procedures.
