We're looking for a top-performing Service Manager who knows how to run a high-output shop, maximize technician productivity, and deliver consistent results.
If you understand how to:
- Drive hours per RO
- Maximize technician output, efficiency, and proficiency
- Maintain clean shop flow and eliminate downtime
- Shop production: technician output, efficiency, and total throughput
- Dispatching & workflow: organized RO flow with zero bottlenecks
- Performance management: holding technicians accountable to clear metrics
- Profitability: labor gross, ELR, hours per RO, and overall shop performance
- Quality control: minimizing comebacks and maximizing first-time fix
- Proven experience running a high-volume dealership service department
- A highly organized, team-oriented leader who keeps the shop operating efficiently
- Strong ability to maximize technician output and shop productivity
- Numbers-driven mindset (efficiency, proficiency, ELR, hours/RO)
- Confident leader who coaches, develops, and holds team members accountable
- Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- GM experience is a strong plus
