Where You'll Make an Impact
- Provide friendly companionship and emotional support
- Assist with daily activities like grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Offer medication reminders (no administration required)
- Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings when needed (public transportation is fine)
- Communicate updates and observations to our care team
What We Offer

What We're Looking For
- Active New Jersey CHHA license (required)
- Comfortable speaking English with clients and our care team every day (our clients in this area are English-speaking)
- Recent TB test
- CPR certification (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Cleared background check
- Reliable transportation (car not required — public transportation is okay!)
- A compassionate, patient, and dependable spirit
Location Details
- Orientation takes place at our North Bergen office
- After orientation, daily work is located in [Jersey City — confirm the actual city, then use only that city's zips] and surrounding neighborhoods
