As part of our team, you’ll work alongside a partner to deliver a top-tier customer experience while safely handling clients’ belongings. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work combined with customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver outstanding customer service while moving, packing, and unpacking customer items safely
2. Greet customers at job sites and perform a walkthrough before starting the job
3. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
4. Support truck inspections and help maintain equipment inventory
5. Work with your team to complete job paperwork and collect payments accurately

Qualifications

1. Customer-focused mindset and ability to stay positive in a fast-paced environment
2. High school diploma or equivalent
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Professional appearance and attitude
5. Experience in general labor, moving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse work is a plus
6. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) for handling estimates and payments
7. Ability to lift and carry heavy items (100+ lbs.) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and walking throughout the day
8. Good coordination and attention to detail
9. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (for driver applicants)
10. Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
