Chicago - Capital Markets Associate

The Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP is actively seeking an attorney with outstanding credentials and qualifications to join our Capital Markets Group. Candidates should have 4-6 years of securities-related and/or capital markets transactional experience at a leading national or international law firm. Our leading Capital Markets Practice Group represents issuers and private equity sponsors as well as underwriters in a wide variety of securities offerings across every major industry.

Kirkland & Ellis LLP offers a competitive salary structure, as well as a robust offering of benefits to all of its attorneys. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position and the experience and education of the applicant and is aligned with internal pay equity within Kirkland & Ellis LLP itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $310,000 and $390,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
