Chicago - Healthcare Associate (Regulatory)

The Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP is currently seeking attorneys with outstanding credentials and qualifications to join our Healthcare Group. Ideal candidate would have 3-6 years of healthcare related transactional experience. The group has extensive experience in advising clients on a diverse array of critical healthcare matters, including federal and multi-state considerations, transaction structuring, corporate practice compliance, regulatory filings, and pivotal statutes like the Stark Law, Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA and others. Additionally, the group handles everyday regulatory considerations that significantly affect healthcare and life sciences companies as well as their related sponsors and vendors.

Kirkland & Ellis LLP offers a competitive salary structure as well as a robust offering of benefits to all of its employees and attorneys. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Kirkland & Ellis LLP itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $260,000 and $390,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
