Chicago - Investment Funds Associate

The Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP is actively seeking an attorney with outstanding credentials and qualifications to join our Investment Funds Group. Candidates should have 3-6 years of corporate experience at a leading national or international law firm. The ideal candidate will have experience representing fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and operation of investment funds. As the largest, most active investment funds practice of any law firm in the world, we are uniquely positioned to provide sophisticated market intelligence and cutting-edge solutions to investment funds and their general partner sponsors in today's market.

Kirkland & Ellis LLP offers a competitive salary structure as well as a robust offering of benefits to all of its employees and attorneys. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Kirkland & Ellis LLP itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $260,000 and $390,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
