Project ManagerWork on large scale multifamily projects throughout the Chicagoland area. Competitive base salary, 401k, bonus.About Our ClientOur client is a well-established general contractor specializing in multi-family and commercial construction throughout the Chicagoland area. Known for delivering complex, high-visibility projects, they maintain long-standing relationships with their clients and do about 75% repeat business. They are also rapidly expanding, and are looking for a Project Manager to assist with supporting a strong project pipeline.Job DescriptionGlimpse of your role:Manage full project lifecycle for multi-family and commercial construction projectsLead project teams including APMs, Superintendents, and subcontractorsServe as primary point of contact with owner's, architects, and stakeholdersOversee budgets, schedules, and change managementEnsure strict compliance with public procurement, safety, and documentation standardsReview contracts, subcontracts, drawings, and specificationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
