We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Chick-fil-A. We are looking for energetic leaders for both our Front of House (FOH - Hospitality) and Back of House (BOH - Kitchen) operations. Your Impact
- Lead a team of 10-20+ in daily operations in either the Front of House or Back of House. Ensure food safety, quality, speed of service and guest experience are exceptional
- Manage staffing, productivity, labor, and shift efficiency with a week-long view of the business
- Motivate and coach team members to exceed standards, while creating a positive and high-energy culture
- Collaborate with all Restaurant Leaders to ensure seamless operations
- Train, develop, coach, provide clear actionable feedback and accountability to team members
- Implementing policies and procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote sales
Background Profile
- Open Availability to open and/or close the restaurant as needed and work flexible shifts (Required)
- 1+ years of Leadership experience (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree or pursuing higher education (preferred)
- Hospitality experience (preferred)
- Grit and humility to work hands-on in restaurant operations
- Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
