Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely to Chick-fil-A’s high standards
• Operate various kitchen stations including fries, breading, and food prep
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
• Stock kitchen inventory and report maintenance issues promptly
• Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned
• Stay updated on new products and complete in-house training
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A’s dress code and operational policies

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable with a positive, customer-focused attitude
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capable of lifting and carrying moderate weights regularly
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and nights
• Ability to stand for extended periods
