We are looking for upbeat, highly motivated crew members to join our opening team at our quick-service location in the Indianapolis Airport. If you thrive in a high-energy atmosphere, love making guests smile, and want a reliable, flexible schedule, we want to meet you!

The Role: As a BOH Crew Member, you will be cross-trained on all positions (fry, breading, boards, machines.) To succeed here, you need a relentlessly positive attitude, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work seamlessly under pressure alongside your team. You’ll be responsible for operating the restaurant, delivering on high standards, and preparing fresh, quality food that keeps travelers satisfied and moving.

What You’ll Do:

• Prep & Execute: Prepare food for the breakfast, lunch, and dinner rushes using approved recipes. Ensure top-tier quality, perfect serving temperatures, and strict portion control.
• Maintain Standards: Follow all food safety regulations, proper food handling, and sanitation guidelines.
• Keep It Clean: Clean, sanitize, and maintain your kitchen workstations throughout your shift. Set the restaurant up for a successful transition to the next team.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Team Player: An upbeat, friendly attitude with a willingness to learn both front and back-of-house roles. (Previous quick-service or cooking experience is a plus, but we will train the right attitude!)
• Ability to work on your feet for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25+ pounds.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a pre-employment background check to obtain an airport security badge.
