More Than a Cashier. You're a Hospitality Ambassador.

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll play a vital role in creating the welcoming, caring environment that guests have come to expect. You'll greet guests, take orders, process transactions accurately, provide menu recommendations, and ensure every guest feels valued and appreciated.

You'll be the face of our restaurant and a key part of delivering the exceptional service that keeps guests coming back.

What You'll Do

Create Remarkable Guest Experiences

• Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
• Acknowledge guests promptly and provide attentive service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Make menu suggestions and answer guest questions confidently
• Ensure every guest feels welcomed, appreciated, and cared for
• Thank guests sincerely and leave them with a positive final impression

Deliver Chick-fil-A's Signature Hospitality

• Anticipate guest needs and look for opportunities to go above and beyond
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Partner with leadership to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain a positive attitude during busy periods
• Help create an environment where hospitality is felt in every interaction

Process Transactions Accurately

• Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently
• Handle cash, credit card, debit card, and mobile transactions
• Follow all cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and accountability throughout each shift

Support Restaurant Operations

• Restock food, beverages, condiments, and supplies
• Assist with dining room cleanliness and organization
• Support teammates during busy periods
• Help maintain restaurant appearance and presentation standards
• Complete assigned side work and operational tasks

Food Safety & Cleanliness

• Follow Chick-fil-A and Paradies Lagardère food safety standards
• Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the shift
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety regulations

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills in English
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude

Preferred

• Restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience
• Chick-fil-A experience
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent certification
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

No previous food service experience? No problem.

We're happy to train individuals who bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for serving others.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, stocking, and movement throughout the shift
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and operational conditions

Schedule Requirements

Airport operations run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Candidates must be available to work flexible schedules, including:
