Opportunity

We are looking for an organized, growth-mindedCatering Coordinator to join our Chick-fil-A team. This is an entry-level leadership opportunity for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and enjoys creating remarkable experiences for guests.

You will help ensure catering orders are accurate, prepared on time, and executed with excellence while coordinating with both the kitchen and our guests. You will also spend time working alongside the team in daily restaurant operations and developing others to support the catering process.

Your Impact

• Own catering execution, ensuring orders are accurate, organized, and ready on time
• Coordinate with the kitchen and inventory team to prepare for upcoming catering and concession orders
• Create remarkable guest experiences through clear communication, order follow-up, and gathering feedback
• Train and develop team members on proper catering processes to build a strong, dependable catering team
• Support restaurant operations, spending approximately 50% of your time in daily operations and 50% managing and supporting catering
