• Mornings and Afternoons: 6 AM - 2 PM, 7 AM - 3 PM, 8 AM - 4 PM, 9 AM - 5 PM, 10 AM - 6 PM

Chick-fil-A Daytime Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

• Smile
• Create and maintain eye contact
• Speak enthusiastically
• Make emotional connections with guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Learn all details for the breakfast and lunch menu
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
