Key Responsibilities

• Deliver orders safely and efficiently to guests using company-provided vehicles
• Ensure all orders are accurate and handled with care
• Provide friendly and professional customer service with every interaction
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and equipment
• Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures
• Assist with in-store tasks when not delivering
• Represent Chick-fil-A with professionalism both inside and outside the restaurant

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to navigate delivery apps and GPS systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ample experience in the customer service field

Availability Requirements

• Ideal candidates have availability during lunch, dinner, evenings, and weekends
• Be available at least 15 hours a week
• Be available at least 3 days a week
• Be available Fridays and Saturdays
